As a young girl I always had a heart for people.

I did not know caregiving was going to be my future. It really came to be when I myself had to rely on others during my pregnancies. I was bedridden for most of my pregnancy with my daughter and remember feeling lonely and helpless. I relied on family and friends for cooking, cleaning and companionship. Although that was a hard time in my life that experience taught my humility, grace and compassion.
